Personal training with ALIVE involves a session with just you and your trainer. This enables our trainers to focus all their attention and expertise on you, being with you all the way and helping you to achieve your goals.
The time with your trainer is often the only ‘time away” you will have during the week and it is exactly that. YOUR TIME!! Making that appointment creates an accountability which helps you commit you to a routine to improve your lifestyle physically, mentally and emotionally.

45 minute or 60 minute Personal Training sessions for one person up to three people. (For larger numbers please refer to the group training tab)
