Summer’s wet’n’wild workout

Pool Session (Approx 40 minutes)
Here is a pool session you can do in your backyard pool to balance your sessions that you can do during the week or instead of your usual gym sesison. Being in the water during the Summer will make it much more pleasant in the heat. Even with air conditioning gyms  and studios can still be quite hot and stuffy.  This can be done in a 25m or 50m pool but it will take longer and will fatigue you a lot faster.

  1. 10 laps freestyle kicking, breaststroke arms(nice and easy. focus on long, slow strokes)
  2. 2 minutes stationary kicking on wall
  3. 8 laps(Freestyle)
  4. 2 minutes deep water power walking
  5. 6 laps(Breaststroke)
  6. 2 minutes stationary kicking on wall
  7. 4 laps(Freestyle)
  8. 2 minutes deep water power walking
  9. 2 laps(Breaststroke)
  10. 2 minutes stationary kicking on wall
  11. 2 laps(Freestyle)
  12. 2 minutes deep water power walking
  13. 4 laps(Backstroke)
  14. 2 minutes stationary kicking on wall
  15. 6 laps(Freestyle)
  16. 2 minutes deep water power walking
  17. 8 laps(Backstroke)
  18. 2 minutes stationary kicking on wall
  19. 10 laps(Breaststroke)
  20. 2 minutes deep water power walking
