Group Fitness Chatswood


We meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6am-7am at Beachamp Park, Chatwood.

Using the outdoors as a gym, workouts are custom-designed using low-impact exercises to progressively and systematically allow any client of any fitness level to achieve optimum level of physiological, psychological, social and mental adaptations. EVERYBODY CAN DO IT!   The most exciting feature of outdoor strength & conditioning is the variety!  Frequent change of places with around Chatswood and choice of exercises will prevent you from getting bored. You can expect a new workouts all the time!!
