<p>How are you? We finally commenced The Alive Personal Training <a title="Weight Loss Challenge" href="http://alivept.com.au/corporate-fitness/health-checks/">Weight loss challenge</a>. Weigh ins, measurements, stress, goals setting. It had the works.</p>
<p>Now for the next six weeks the entrants will sweat it out, feel the lactic acid burn, have their heart rates rise and increase their metabolism.</p>
<p>That the way to do it. I am excited. I love seeing people achieve because I believe everyone enjoys success, and it is especially sweet if it takes a real effort to do.</p>
<p>New <a href="http://alivept.com.au/group-training/group-fitness-chatswood/" title="Group Fitness Chatswood">Bootcamps opening up in Chatswood</a> soon, so that should be good. Let me know if you are interested.</p>
<p>Anyhow, I must be off. I’ll write soon.</p>
