Group Fitness and Team Building Activities


What better way to look after and challenge your collegues than with your choice of Group and team building activities. All sessions are 60 minutes in duration.


Choose from:

Corporate Bootcamp: Get results and fast, high energy, hard work training at outdoor locations. All fitness levels are welcome but be prepared to work!!

Fitness boxing classes: Learn all the skills of a professional boxer, without the injuries. All equipment is supplied and the only contact is with the pads and gloves

Yoga – is about body, the mind and the spirit. Yoga is built on three main structures: exercise, breathing, and meditation. These work as synergies and produce a clear bright and energized mind and a strong flexible body.

Pilates – Great for inner(core) strength and muscle definition. Fantasic for your postural muscles which can keep us injury free and improve your all round movement.

Group Circuits Organised training sessions with varied activities. Some activities can include boxing classes, circuit and weights.

 

For your team, a quick & effective session allows for exercise at work without interfering with the day’s schedule.

The team at Alive will meet you onsite or a venue of your choice and provide all equipment necessary for participation.
